WSZ classes take a variety of forms. Some are ongoing and participants join regularly or sporadically as their schedule allows. Other classes require a deeper commitment, which typically involves an in-depth study of a longer text. All of our classes are free.

In addition, we offer zazen instruction, shorter workshops, and occasional dharma talks.

Before joining a class, please contact us through the “Connect” tab if you are interested in any of the offerings and we will get you up to speed!
